Mr. Guiley is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA).
He joined Wooten, Kimbrough and Normand as “Of Counsel” after nearly 25 years of a successful plaintiffs’ personal injury practice in the Orlando area and statewide. His legal career has now spanned more than 34 years.
He is an experienced trial lawyer, and specializes in personal injury and wrongful death cases resulting from auto and truck accidents, electrical accidents, defective products and defective conditions in premises. His legal specialties include the law of general negligence, products liability, premises liability, and insurance. He is an “AV” rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell.
